WHAT WE PUBLISH
Our current and forthcoming list includes research-grounded non-fiction, memoir and personal narrative, anthologies, and illustrated books for children.
The common thread is not genre but purpose: we are drawn to work that offers the reader something genuine - a new framework, a true story, a world they haven't encountered before.
Submissions guidelines
What we are currently seeking
We are open to submissions in the following areas:
Non-fiction with an evidence base. We are drawn to books that take a genuine body of research and make it legible and useful to a broad professional or general readership. This includes frameworks for leadership, trust, resilience, flourishing, and organisational practice. The work should be grounded in research but written for readers, not for academic audiences.
Memoir and narrative non-fiction. We publish personal narratives that illuminate something larger than the individual story - about survival, identity, family, or the human experience of difficulty and recovery. We are looking for distinctive voices and true stories told with craft and honesty.
Anthologies. We are interested in curated collections with a clear editorial vision-particularly in the fields of leadership, resilience, personal experience, and professional practice.
Picture books for children aged 3-8. We are building a small illustrated list for younger readers. We are looking for original stories with genuine warmth, strong visual potential, and something worth saying to a child.
What we are not currently seeking
We do not currently accept submissions of fiction (novels or short stories), poetry, academic texts, or self-help books without a clear research grounding.
